Terms of service

FollowUpOS analyzes customer-selected business conversations, identifies possible sales follow-ups, and prepares suggested actions and drafts. Results are recommendations, not guarantees of revenue, accuracy, or a response from any recipient.

You must have the legal right to provide all data submitted to the service and to contact each recipient. You are responsible for consent, notice, suppression lists, marketing and privacy laws, your forwarding rules, and the content you choose to send.

You may not use FollowUpOS for spam, deception, unlawful surveillance, harassment, credential collection, regulated advice, security abuse, or processing data you are not authorized to access.

AI-generated classifications and drafts can be incomplete or wrong. You must review them before use. The initial service does not send email autonomously: it opens a draft in the user's mail client, and the user decides whether to send it.

Keep access to your email account and magic links secure, maintain accurate account information, and promptly report suspected misuse. You are responsible for activity by authorized workspace members.

Prices, included usage, billing intervals, and any one-time service scope are shown before purchase. Subscription fees renew until cancelled. A merchant-of-record provider may process payments, taxes, refunds, and invoices under its checkout terms. Except where law or an explicit offer requires otherwise, fees already earned are not refundable.

You retain ownership of customer data. You grant FollowUpOS the limited right to process it to operate, secure, support, and improve the service. If you provide feedback, we may use it without obligation, but will not publish your confidential information or identify your customers.

We may change, suspend, or discontinue features, including third-party integrations, to maintain security, comply with provider rules, or improve the product. We will give reasonable notice when a material change adversely affects paid use where practicable.

The service is provided on an “as available” basis to the extent permitted by law. FollowUpOS is not liable for decisions made from AI output, lost opportunities, recipient actions, or third-party service interruptions. Any aggregate liability is limited to fees paid for the service during the three months before the event giving rise to the claim, except where the law does not permit that limitation.
